MARCH 2020 SUMMARY REPORT

Due to the outbreak of the Corona Virus. The Property Pillars Club were unable to Meet Up on 27th March 2020. But instead, we successfully carried out a Live Online Meet Up for our Members and Followers. The theme for this month was ” Developers and Investors”.

Here two successful Developers showcased their Live projects took Questions from the Panel. Investors were invited to partake in the opportunity with excellent secured returns of 20%. We talked about how Covic19 had impacted their projects, property market, and lending.

We also heard from our “Member of the Month,” Sandra Burton about how landlords could earn residual income from providing gas and electricity in their properties. Our Mortage Broker gave us a synopsis of the current lending. It was a complete success with over 100 who logged in to watch it Live.
